FIRST SESSION

Responsibilities:

• 9/9/2023 - Coaches’ Bags - Meet at the shed at 8:40 a.m. to help handout team bags, shirts, whistles and lanyards to the coaches and junior coaches.
• 9/23/2023 - Pretzel Day - Meet at table near sales table at 10 a.m., break up pretzels and mark into bags labeled for each team and deliver to teams
• 9/30/2023 - Food Drive & Picture Day - Please assist the picture people in bringing the teams to the photographer and place the food donations in the cardboard boxes so we can donate to the food pantry. Please arrive at 8:45 a.m. and you will be done by 10 a.m.
• 10/21/2023 - Coach Appreciation Breakfast - Please arrive at the table near the sales table at 10:10 a.m. to assist in setting up the breakfast for the coaches.
• 10/28/2023 - Team Gifts - Report to the sales table at 9:30 a.m. to divide and deliver team gifts.
• 10/28/2023 - Team Pictures - Report to the sales table at 9:30 a.m. to divide and deliver the team pictures
• 11/4/2023 - Coaches’ Bags - Please report to the shed at 10:20 a.m. to collect the team bags from the coaches. Please go through them and remove any trash that was left and place them on the shelves.
• If you cannot make your assigned date, PLEASE find a substitute from the list and email Amanda at amandagraham1114@gmail.com.
