Fields

FIRST SESSION

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Responsibilities for Field Set Up:

•   Please arrive at the shed by 8:35 and pick up the field marker signs and take them out to the fields and mark them according to the sheet attached below. The signs should be placed along the sidelines of the field hockey and soccer fields. The fields are only 25 yards wide so the sign should be placed in the middle of that space.

•   The goals are currently along the tree line, one goal needs to be placed on each sideline of the field hockey and soccer field across from each other for fields numbered 1-4 on the hockey field and 5-8 on the soccer field.

•   Once this is completed, it should only take 15-20 minutes, then you have completed the job for today, thanks.

•   If you cannot make your assigned date, PLEASE find a substitute from the list and email Amanda at amandagraham1114@gmail.com.

Responsibilities for Field Breakdown:

• Please collect all field sign markets and Port-A-Pot signs and return to the shed.
• Please collect all small, white nets from fields 1-8 and return them to the tree line for use the following week.
• You can collect the nets and field signs from field 5-8 during the practice portion of your daughter’s session. This will make for a quicker clean up at the end of your session.
• This job should only take 15-20 minutes and when you are finished you have completed the job for the day. 
• If you cannot make your assigned date, PLEASE find a substitute from the list and email Amanda at amandagraham1114@gmail.com.

• Please help move the large hockey goals into place, if needed.
• Please take a quick look around and pick up any cones, water bottles, etc.
• DAAFH may not leave their trash on the fields, or we may lose use of the fields
• If you cannot make your assigned date, PLEASE find a substitute from the list and email Melissa at daafieldhockey@gmail.com
