1. Questions about what you're signing up for?  
When registering the grade for the Summer program (and only for the Summer program), use the grade they'll be attending in the Fall.

So if they're a 6th grader in June and signing up for the Summer program, they should be registered as a 7th grader.

2. There are two spots for email addresses, however, only one is needed.  Please enter the email address that you check.  

3. Volleyball is very popular.  Once we reach the maximum number of kids we can take, you'll be placed on a waiting list.  If someone drops out, you get moved off the waiting list and receive an invoice via e-mail to pay the registration fee.  You do not pay the registration fee when put on the waiting list.

4. Teams are formed after registration closes so you won't hear from a coach until approx 1- 2 weeks before the season starts.  Please check the League Information tab for the exact dates as to when the season starts for your division.  

5. Our refund policy is as follows:  A refund will be given less $10 processing fee up until the start of each season. Once the season begins, there are no refunds!

SPRING CO-ED VOLLEYBALL

Our  co-ed league is for all skill levels, grades 4 -12.  Here's the details:

Week 1 starts with a skills n drills clinic so everyone learns/refreshes their skills together, and coach's learn too.  Weeks 2 through 8 is regular season play, where kids start with a warm up, practice skills and do drills for 30 minutes, then play games for 30 minutes. Coaches/assistant coaches are needed for each team so please come help/volunteer. Experience is helpful but not necessary...  we'll teach you what you need to know at the beginning of the season. The program is a weekly rotating schedule of play against other teams, no pressure, a lot of FUN!  Please keep in mind the schedule is determined by how many teams are registered  There are three courts so 6 teams play at once.  If more than 6 teams, we have 2 time slots that get auto filled by a computer program, you can't choose a time slot. If more than 12 teams, we have 3 time slots. Playoffs only for Division 3 at the end of the season.

Division 1: 4th-5th Grade - Monday nights at Tohickon Middle School.  Division 1 starts 4/8 through 6/10, time slots can be 6:30-7:30, or 7:30-8:30.  Sometimes there are "no play dates" and the schedule has to be adjusted accordingly. Also, if we have to add a third time slot to accommodate more than 12 teams, the time slots change to  6:00-7:00, 7:00-8:00 and 8:00-9:00 pm.  We won't know this until registration is closed.  Please sign up early to help us make the decision as early as possible. 

Division 2: 6th-7th Grade- Tuesday nights at Tohickon Middle School. Starts 4/2 thru 6/4, two time slots, 6:30-7:30 or 7:30-8:30.  Sometimes there are "no play dates" and the schedule has to be adjusted accordingly.  If we have to add a third time slot to accommodate more than 12 teams, the time slots will be 6:00-7:00, 7:00-8:00 and 8:00-9:00 pm. We won't know this until registration is closed.  Please sign up early to help us make the decision as soon as possible.   

Division 3: 8th-12th Grade– Wednesday nights starting 4/3 thru 6/5, the first month we'll be at Tohickon Middle School.  Starting 5/1 we go outside to Fanny Chapman sand courts at Fanny Chapman swim club in Doylestown.  Time slots are either from 7:00-8:00 pm or 8:00-9:00 pm.   Weather Policy:  We play in the rain, we do not play once we see lightening.  The sky has to be lightning free for 20 minutes for us to resume play.  If it storms early and passes through, we'll resume play.

D1:   4th-5th grade (use the grade they're going into in the Fall), all skill levels, Monday nights starting 6/17 thru 8/5, time slots of 6:30-7:30 or 7:30-8:30 on a rotating schedule. If we need to go to 3 time slots, it will be 6:00-7:00, 7:00-8:00 and 8:00-9:00.  Teams of 6-10 players, coaches needed. 

D2:   6th-7th grade (use the grade they're going into in the Fall), all skill levels, Tuesday nights starting 6/18 thru 8/6, time slots of 6:30-7:30, 7:30-8:30 or 8:30-9:30. Due to high registration numbers, we're expanding and using Monday nite from 8:00-9:00, all on a rotating schedule. The teams can be 4's or 6's, 6-10 players on rosters, shared coaches so coaches are needed.  Register your own team or register individually and we’ll form teams.  Smaller teams means more playing time and opportunities to play 4’s.  When registering your own team, please list teammates under comments section/buddy requests. 

D3:   8th-12th grade (use the grade you're going into in the Fall), Thursday nights, starting 6/20 thru 8/8. Time slots of 6:30-7:30, 7:30-8:30, or 8:30-9:30 pm on a rotating schedule.  This is a 4's league, 4-8 players on  rosters, self directed so no coaches needed. Register your own team or register individually and we’ll form teams. Smaller teams means more playing time and opportunities to play 2’s, 3’s and 4’s. Recreational and advanced players welcome! When registering your own team, please list teammates under comments section/buddy requests.

The goal of the clinics is to learn and practice skills and have as many touches on the ball as possible. They’re run by our league directors and assorted high school coaches and players. Clinics are co-ed and held at Tohickon Middle school in the Auxiliary Gym on Tuesday nights (times listed below according to grade level).  Kids should dress in athletic clothes and sneakers and have knee pads if possible.

There are two sessions:  First session runs 11/14-12/19, second session runs 1/2/24 - 3/12/24. Note: We've learned that we are unable to use the gym on 11/7 due to Election Day so it will be a 6 week session instead of a 7 week session. Cost is $45.00 for first session, $75.00 for second session (an 11 week session).  First session registration will open 10/15.  Second session registration will open 11/15.

First session schedule:  
Starts 11/14 and ends 12/19-

Division 1: 4th-5th Grade from 6:30 to 7:15 pm.

Division 2: 6th Grade from 7:15 to 8:00 pm. 

Division 2: 7th Grade from 8:00 to 8:45 pm.

Division 3: 8th-12th Grade from 8:45 to 9:30 pm.
