DAA Speed & Agility classes

  1. Jump Start: Coed, grades 3-5
    1. This 45-minute class will introduce young athletes to speed, power, strength, and agility training, done in an age-appropriate and fun way.
  2. Intro to Performance Training: Coed, grades 6-8
    1. This 60-minute class will help athletes develop speed, power, strength, and agility. Coaches will teach foundational movements to get these athletes ready for their sport.
