Season Dates:

  • Start: Sunday, September 7th, 2025
  • End: Sunday, October 26th, 2025
  • Game Days: Sundays, scheduled between 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM
  • Practice Days: Monday through Friday (exact times to be coordinated by your coach)

Fields & Directions

All practices and games are held at our local fields:

Communication & Schedules

  • Before the season begins: All communication will be sent through Demosphere.
  • Once the season starts: Game schedules will be posted in GameChanger (Game Engine). Please download the GameChanger app to follow your team’s schedule and updates during the season.
  • Please note: Fall Ball is not an in-house sport. We rely on the Lenape Valley League, an outside league, to organize Fall Ball and complete all game schedules. Schedule release dates and changes are therefore outside of DAA’s control.
  • Any field closures will be communicated via a blast email from DAA through Demosphere.

Rosters & Uniforms

  • Rosters: Posted by Wednesday, August 13th, 2025
  • Uniforms: Orders will be placed by tomorrow evening.
  • Provided by DAA: Each player will receive a hat and shirt, which will be handed out by the coach at the first practice.

Equipment Needed

Each player should bring:

  • Baseball glove
  • Baseball pants (recommended: black)
  • Bat (USA Baseball approved)
  • Batting helmet
  • Cleats (rubber, not metal)
  • Protective cup
  • Optional: Batting gloves, water bottle

Coaches & Team Information

  • Coaches will reach out in the coming weeks with practice details and additional team information.
  • If your team does not currently have a coach, we will be reaching out to secure one or two volunteer coaches. Your help ensures every team has strong leadership for a fun season.
  • While DAA will monitor updates from the Lenape Valley League, your coach will be your first point of contact during the season for questions or updates.
  • Please note: All coach volunteers are required to have a current DAA Background Clearance in place per the Pennsylvania Child Protection Services Law. Please refer to the Background Clearance tab on http://daasports.org for information regarding the clearance.

Helpful Tips for Families

  • Label all of your child’s equipment and uniform pieces.
  • Arrive at practices and games a few minutes early to allow time for warm-up.
  • Encourage good sportsmanship from the stands—positive cheering makes a big difference!

Refund Policy

  • Any person wishing to cancel after signing up will be charged a minimum $10 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be available after August 20th, 2025, as teams will be formed and uniforms ordered.

We are thrilled to have your family join us for Fall Baseball 2025!

  • If your team has only one coach, please consider volunteering to coach. All volunteers must have their clearances completed prior to coaching. To volunteer, submit your information to backgroundchecks@daasports.org.
  • Team rosters have been posted, and coaches will be reaching out with additional information. Please update your availability for each game and practice so coaches can have an accurate headcount.

If you have any questions before your coach reaches out, please contact us at baseball-fall@daasports.org.
