Why our Program is Special
I would like to personally welcome you to our girls basketball program. My name is Art Bass, I have been involved with the girl’s program since the late 1980s. I have 4 daughters and they initially got me involved with the program. All of our programs are run by PIAA referees from our prep 2nd/3rd grade program to our seniors, 8th-12th. We stress learning the game, having FUN, and equal playing time. Our intramural teams have 4 practices before the season and play at least 10 games and everyone gets into the playoffs. Its a fun season that runs from December practices to the end of March playoffs. Our travel program has increased to a 4th grade team thru 8th grade. They practice September through March. Please see the Travel program tab for more information about travel basketball. We also stress a Zero-Tolerance Program. Which means we do not have parents, coaches, or kids yelling @ anybody. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun program that allows players of all skill levels to have fun in our program. Even senior team players who have never played before are given the chance to have a good time without fearing embarrassment from other players or coaches.

Volunteers Needed & Appreciated!
Coaches, time/score keepers, and other volunteers are always needed and welcome. Moms and Dads make our league run so please do not hesitate to get involved.

Sponsors Needed & Appreciated!
DAA is a non-profit organization that relies solely on registration fees, fund raising events, and sponsorships to help pay for needed sports equipment, gym time, referees, and other related expenses. Cost to sponsor a team is $200.
