Nominate your Coach for CB Cares - Positive Coaching Award

Is your child enjoying the DAA 2013 Winter basketball season?  Do you appreciate the efforts of your volunteer coach?  If so, here is a way to show your appreciation.  CB Cares is hosting a Positive Coaching Award.  If you'd like to nominate your coach, see the attached flyer and nomination form attached below (bottom of page) to submit your application.  All Applications are due by April 30.
